Revisiting this silly lizard from the beginning of this sketchbook.
Finding a real joy from drawing with a Tachikawa comic G nib. But still unfairly complaining about it 'cutting into the paper'. I normally say that the instrument that you draw with doesn't matter that much. If it is comfortable to hold and it makes a line then what difference does it make? But in this case I felt an upgrade in the quality of my sketches when drawing with the dip pen VS the felt tip fine-liner. Part of this might just be psychological. But maybe the feedback gives me greater control?
